High-speed T grid ceiling keel roll forming machine (multi-function type)

Suspended T grid ceiling keel is a building material widely used in ceiling. Currently, a variety of T grid ceiling keels of different specifications have been developed based on market demand.

There are two types of T grid on the market. The first type is flat, and the second type is grooved with black lines. The T grid with grooves and black lines is more beautiful when used. Our company has specially developed a machine that can produce these two products on one machine. By adjusting the gap between up and down rollers of some rolling stations, the production of these two products can be achieved.

Grid T bar are divided into main T and cross T according to the application. The main T and the cross T are connected by the plug and the clamp. Our company’s machine can produce the main T and cross T of the same size on one machine, and the products can be interchanged by only replacing the punching/cutting mold.

The commonly used product lengths on the market are divided into national standard and imperial lengths. The national standard sizes are 600, 1200, and 3600 mm, and the imperial lengths are 610, 1220, and 3660 mm. Each mold base is connected by a screw, and the national standard/imperial length can be interchanged by adjusting the nut on the screw.

The machine uses a gearbox as a transmission mechanism and is equipped with two 4kW motors + K series reducers as power supply, which enables the machine to reach a speed of 35-40m/min. To meet the needs of the general market, this model is a very good choice.

At the same time, according to the customer’s requirements for production capacity, the machine has different punching and cutting stations to achieve single or multiple product production, providing customers with more choices.
