1. Automatic uncoiler with 2 coil’s holder (each holder can load 3tons coil)
The coil holder has a loading capacity of 3 tons per side. It uses a 3 KW motor to drive roll rotation and a 1.5 KW motor for trip tensioning. Four arc plates act as supporting arms to fix the coil inner and prevent deformation. The maximum feeding speed is up to 100 meters per minute.
2.Roll former
Drip edge roll former has a cast iron frame processed twice by CNC. Shafts are 45# steel forged solid bar with treatments. Rollers are Cr12 alloy steel, machined twice by CNC and treated. Driven by gearbox transmission, it runs up to 200-240 feet per minute and uses a servo motor-controlled flying shear for fast cutting and high-precision length cuts.
3.Electric Cabinet of the Steel Eave Drip Edge Machine
The electric cabinet of the steel eave drip edge machine features international brand PLC and inverter (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Panasonic), Schneider brand lower power components. The motor is usually Chinese brand but can be international on customization. Wires are in aviation plugs for easy connection and installation. It also has an OMRON brand encoder.
4, Hydraulic Station
a, A large power hydraulic pump is adopted, with tank that can fill into 280 liters oil. so that the pump supply good strength while keep natural temperature. Besides, a oil cooling machine is equipped to guarantee the pump output power stable for long time.
b, Solenoid valve is first class Chinese brand
5, Automatic Stacking Table
a, 3 metters automatic stacking table with typical belt conveyor to match up with the drip edge rollformer’s fast speed,
b, 2 pushing poles are adopted, it is driven by hydraulic pump
c, semi-automatic baler machines are as option, we can change to simple manual table
